How long will it take to get my custom portrait?

Turn around is typically 3 to 4 weeks not including shipping. These times can vary depending on the season. Let us know if there is a specific date you require your portrait by and we will let you know if we can accommodate it.

Can I see progress photos?

Absolutely! We will happily share progress pictures or videos on our social media accounts for you. Let us know if its a surprise gift and we'll make sure to hold off on sharing publicly.
